 - 1 tablespoon flour
 
brownie batter
- 1 cup flour
 - ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 - ½ teaspoon salt
 - ¼ cup oil
 - ¼ cup heavy cream or half & half
 - 2 teaspoon vanilla
 - 2 eggs
 - 1½ cups brown sugar
